Our cutting-edge furnace is capable of processing a wide range of glass types, including clear, tinted float, triple Low E, and reflective solar control glass. We understand the importance of maintaining all the essential properties of glass while providing up to seven times the strength of annealed glass, including chemical resistance, hardness, expansion, and deflection. Our advanced furnace is specifically designed to meet the latest requirements of Low-E Glass, offering minimal distortion and iridescence. Our commitment to superior quality is reflected in our accurate and automatic heating control, ensuring that every piece of tempered glass we produce meets our quality standards.

DOUBLE GLAZED GLASS

Lakhani Double Glazed Glass offers superior insulation capabilities that protect against environmental factors and noise disturbance, while also promoting energy efficiency and cost savings in the long run. This type of glass, also known as Insulating Glass (IG) or double glaz-ing, consists of two or more glass panes separated by a vacuum or gas-filled space, which reduces the transfer of heat and noise through the building envelope. Lakhani has recently introduced a new state-of-the-art insulating glass production line, further solidifying its position as a leader in Pakistan’s glass industry. The production process is fully automated, ensuring efficiency and consistency in quality.

LAMINATED GLASS

Lakhani Laminated Glass is a leading provider of glass solutions, offering laminated glass units that provide enhanced safety and security features. Our laminated glass units consist of two glass panes that are firmly bonded together by a thin yet durable core material, typically made of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or resin.
